Our hearts are heavy writing this announcement and tribute to Lisa Jager, who sadly passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. CLFP's team is somber, yet gracious for the time we had with Lisa. Her work ethic was admired by all, and she will be greatly missed.

Lisa Jager was the Director of Marketing & Communications at the California League of Food Producers. She focused on making positive and colorful improvements to CLFP’s logo, trade show booths, website, communications, publications, and event programs. Behind every marketing goal is a person, and great marketing comes from uncovering the deeper motivators that drive people’s interactions. Lisa was a
creative thinker who loved to explore the stories that connect people and industry insights.
Throughout her career, she developed, launched, and managed multi-dimensional communications programs and tools that positively impacted her audience. Her award-winning writing produced a wide variety of publications including newsletters, brochures, and press releases.
Lisa served CLFP since 2015 and her presence will be greatly missed. We are grateful for the time we had to work alongside Lisa Jager.
